The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for budgeting, planning, developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Griffis Residential. This individual plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. These campaigns would be deployed on various platforms including, Google PPC, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, ILS partners, property websites, mobile channels, email marketing, etc.
The Digital Marketing Manager will identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising. As they develop media strategies to put our brand and product in front of existing and prospective residents, they will also write and pitch content while digging through the trenches of web analytics to unearth invaluable information about our targeted prospective residents. These initiatives will ultimately result in improving brand recognition, trust and ultimately drive revenue.
