Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in institutional private equity real estate investing or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of raising assets and developing successful investor relationships.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and market dynamics. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
