The Training and Development Coordinator will work collaboratively across all departments and support Field Operations.  This position will partner with all departments to facilitate training sessions and coordinate training activities to ensure training is both efficient and impactful. Examples of daily activities include but are not limited to: logistic support, administrative reporting and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) content management.

Our interns will receive hands on training for a variety of property management functions (leasing, customer service, budgeting, market pricing, financial forecasting, and community maintenance). Summer Interns will also create, prepare, and present a project that addresses a specific business need at the conclusion of the program.
